Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Goldenzweig litigated personal injury cases, Merit Systems Protection Board cases, and Equal Employment Opportunity cases, and whistleblower cases.  Prior to coming to Texas, he litigated complex insurance cases involving general personal injury, liability claims, construction negligence, labor law, property damage, premises liability, and automobile and trucking accident cases for prominent firms in the New York City Metropolitan Area and throughout New York and New Jersey.
