Steven Schwartz is the Managing Partner of Joel H. Schwartz, P.C. and oversees its general operations. Mr. Schwartz attended Harvard University in 1983 before receiving his B.A., magna cum laude, in political science and psychology from the University of Rochester in 1988. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Northeastern University School of Law in 1991.  He has been practicing now in personal injury law for nearly 30 years.

Mr. Schwartz is a longstanding member of the Law Practice Management Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association , and has served as its legislative, web, and worker's compensation liaison. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Massachusetts Bar Association.

His notable achievements include being named a Top 100 Litigation Lawyer in the state of Massachusetts since 2015 per the American Society of Legal Advocates, Man of the Year in Law in 2009 as recognized by the American Biographical Institute and Strathmore's Who's Who Leadership and Achievement Award in 2006-7. In addition he has several published articles for the Massachusetts Bar Association and continues to be a frequent lecturer for the MBA at its annual conference and other seminars.

Mr. Schwartz has a passion for helping put people's lives back together after tragic accidents. He says it is what keeps him coming to work every day. He puts it simply:
