Steven J. Horn, an Attorney since 1982, has operated the Law Offices of Steven J. Horn as a civil litigation law firm for over 30 years.   He has been in his Encino, California office for approximaely 25 years.  Mr. Horn maintains a small firm, which provides clients with personal and efficient legal services.  Mr. Horn's success is based upon maintaining a team approach with his clients to develop strategies in order to resolve his clients' legal matters. 

Mr. Horn graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA in 1982, and after working for other lawyers, in 1987, he opened his own office, which he currently maintains.  Mr. Horn is a member of the State Bar of California, and the federal bar, including the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Horn's professional activities include serving as a Temporary Judge in the Los Angeles Superior Court, and as a member of the Los Angeles County Bar and San Fernando Valley Bar Associations.
