My practice is devoted exclusively to family law.  I know that each of my clients is going through one of the toughest times in his or her life, and I use my experience and approach to guide them through the process to get the best result possible under their circumstances.  I've handled on complex litigation involving significant financial assets and closely held businesses, and have been lead counsel in jury trials and divorce trials involving child custody as well as all the rest of the issues that come from a divorce or other family law actions.  I listen, so I know what is important to my clients. I also prepare prenuptial agreements and have litigated to have these agreements either enforced or alternatively to have them set aside.

Steve and his wife Amy live in Buckhead with their son Harris, a cum laude graduate of The Westminster Schools and a student at the University of Georgia, and their rescue dog. The family enjoys health and fitness, travel, and are active Braves and college football fans.

Steve graduated from Cornell University in 1986 with a B.S. and after working in Human Resources for a Fortune 500 corporation earned his law degree from Tulane University in 1992, graduating cum laude.
