I have served the small business, startup, and artist communities since launching my own practice in 2009, and as Business Counsel at startup-focused law firm Fort Point Legal P.C. I have experience structuring organizations from formation to dissolution, negotiating, drafting, and revising the contracts that make businesses tick, and litigating disputes when relationships break down. In addition, I'm an intellectual property nerd and help clients leverage copyright, trademark and trade secret protections to develop their products, grow their brands, and succeed in the marketplace.

In 2017, I joined Casner & Edwards as part of the firm’s acquisition of Fort Point Legal P.C., and continue to represent the entrepreneur community.
