Steven’s practice focuses on real estate, and the representation of buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, borrowers and lenders, and other clients in commercial real estate matters. Steven is adept at assisting clients with the resolution of complex real estate, financing, and tax issues. Prior to attending law school, Steven gained experience in tax compliance and planning while working as a certified public accountant. His tax and accounting background provide him with additional insight into the mechanics of a deal and help him to avoid potential tax consequences for his clients. His legal education and tax experience make him uniquely qualified to both plan and implement real estate transactions from a tax perspective.
