Steven R. Lane is the co-founder of Lane & Lane, LLC, which he opened with his son, Daniel, in 2009. Before opening his current firm, Steven has had a long history serving clients in Somerville and Somerset as a divorce attorney. He graduated Cum Laude from Seton Hall School of Law in 1977 and has been helping people through difficult legal situations ever since. Before law school, he obtained a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University. His combined knowledge of finances and family law makes him uniquely capable when representing clients in high-asset divorce cases.
Steven is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court. He is also an approved mediator for matrimonial and family law matters. He has the honor of being awarded the “10 Best” distinction by the American Institute of Family Lawyers.
