I concentrate my practice on business and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, estate and trust administration, non-profit organizations, and taxation.  

For more than nineteen years, I have represented both small and large companies with their business transactions. My experience ranges from general representation of the closely held corporation, limited liability company or partnership to structuring tax free reorganizations.

In addition, I have represented personal representatives and beneficiaries in complex estate litigation, and handled estate planning and administration for both small and large estates involving sophisticated and simple estate plans.

My practice has also included tax planning and compliance with respect to individuals, business entities, and estates and trusts, including the preparation of individual income tax returns, federal non-profit information returns, federal gift tax returns, federal estate tax returns, and Tennessee inheritance tax returns.
