Stewart grew up in Helena, Arkansas. He graduated with Honors from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock and trained with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. His practice includes family law, criminal defense and prisoners’ rights. Stewart is a qualified Dependency/Neglect Attorney ad Litem, Domestic Relations Attorney ad Litem and an advisor to the Central Arkansas ReEntry Coalition, an organization that assists citizens returning from incarceration as they re-enter society.

Before practicing law full-time, he worked as a software developer, Chief Privacy & Security Officer and in-house counsel. Stewart leverages technical expertise and experience to his clients’ advantage. He provides critical legal and technical skill as the impact of digital information and evidence expand in criminal prosecution and domestic relations.
