Since 1987, Stuart DiMartini has practiced law in the field of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation.  He has successfully litigated complex tort actions for seriously injured clients in such areas as medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death, depravation of civil rights, and construction site accidents.  Mr. DiMartini has also successfully assisted scores of injured clients in such areas of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation as motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, and premises accidents.  Altogether, he has helped to obtain millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients in both New York and New Jersey.

He has argued cases before the Appellate Division 1st and 2nd Departments of the State of New York.
