An experienced trial lawyer who has represented plaintiffs in product liability and toxic tort actions, Stuart serves as one of the lead trial lawyers for the firm.   He also has litigation experience in medical malpractice actions.  He graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles obtaining his degree in 2005.  Prior to law school, Stuart attended Colorado State University where he obtained a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.  He graduated magna cum laude in his business school class.

Stuart has served as trial counsel on numerous cases in both state and federal court, obtaining favorable settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients.  His verdict amounts alone exceed $40 million. Stuart has been recognized repeatedly as a California Super Lawyer “Rising Star” awarded to the top 2.5% of attorneys under 40 in Southern California.   He has also been recognized as a “Super Lawyer’ by the same publication.  He is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40.  His $26.2 million dollar verdict in a product liability case was recognized as one of the top 10 “most meaningful verdicts” in 2013 by the Daily Journal in California and in the The New York Law Journal’s Top 100 Verdicts.
