Mr. West formed West & Associates in February 2004. Mr. West and is the managing patent attorney at West & Associates. Mr. West is responsible for coordinating prosecution, transactional, and litigation matters. The technical fields of Mr. West's practice include flash memories, programmable logic devices, architecture and fabrication of semiconductor devices, disk and tape drive mechanics and electronics, holographic optical elements, optical networking, optical data storage and transmission, voice and data telecommunications and other technologies related to mechanical, electrical, civil and/or structural engineering.
