For over 24 years, Stuart  has worked with numerous indivduals assisting them with Bankruptcy matters, personal injury accidents, represented people before numerous Municipal courts, assisted persons in the Superior Court in complex litigation. During the past 15 years, before opening his own law firm, Stuart has been assisting persons in financial hardship as a Partner in a Bankruptcy Law Firm.  Stuart specializes in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters in both Newark and Trenton, New Jersey.  Martindale-Hubbell has awarded this Firm its highest rating of AV Preeminent, and the Firm holds an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau.

All the while, Stuart has been quietly working on behalf of his own son, who has a disability to make sure that the education his son gets, is the best the school system can provide.  Stuart has provided this service (specializing in IEPs) to all familes with Special Needs Children to make sure that the school district educates and helps prepare our children for the future.
