Since 2022, experienced bankruptcy and commercial litigation attorney Sujal “Suj” Pandya has served as a legal writer for an international legal research and publishing company via a Chicago-based legal services provider. He also provides pro bono legal services through the Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana. Suj Pandya brings a nearly decade of experience as a practicing attorney to his roles.

Previously, he practiced at various multinational law firms. Mr. Pandya is admitted to the Illinois and Indiana bars and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, among other federal courts. He has previously provided pro bono legal services for a wide range of clients, including an environmental group, a neighborhood healthcare provider, and under-resourced populations. In 2017, he earned a pro bono award for his volunteer legal work.

Mr. Pandya is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Bankruptcy Institute, Indiana State Bar Association, and Chicago Bar Association. He is an alumnus of Notre Dame, where he earned both his undergraduate and law degrees.
