Sujohn Das focuses his practice on the preparation and prosecution of patents in the electrical and mechanical arts, serving both foreign and domestic clients.  Additionally, Sujohn has significant experience providing opinions regarding infringement and patentability as well as copyright and trademark issues.  Sujohn has extensive experience in a wide range of technology areas, including oil and gas, rotating equipment, electric motors, construction technology, nanotechnology, automotive technology, HVAC, chemicals, and medical devices. 

Prior to attending law school, Sujohn worked for a large management consulting firm in the aerospace, automotive, and oil and gas industries.  As a consultant, Sujohn optimized engineering processes and supply chain practices to drastically increase production for his clients.  Further, Sujohn has both previously developed software and managed large-scale enterprise resource planning software development projects.
