Susan has been representing people who have been discriminated against or harassed in the workplace as well as those who have been physically injured since 1987.  She is truly committed to standing up against corproations and insurance and believes in the vision of her mentor, Gerry Spence, who runs the Trial Lawyers College that "is committed to the jury system and to representing and obtaining justice for individuals; the poor, the injured, the forgotten, the voiceless, the defenseless and the damned, and to protecting the rights of such people from corporate and government oppression."  

Susan has been named a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2004 and been named a Top Attorney by Fort Worth Magazine each of those years as well.  She was Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1992 and maintained that special certification ever since.  She has tried many lawsuits and won many multi million dollar verdicts all throughout Texas.
