Our practice focuses on advocating on behalf of children with special needs in the area of special education, expulsion hearings, and guardianship. We also handle harassment, intimidation and bullying cases and work with families to provide the best possible outcomes.

Susan Clark, Esq. and Maria Franceschini, Esq. have worked advocating on behalf of families for over 20 years, and their advocacy experience has prepared them for their passion for helping children and families at all levels. Mark Franceschini, Ed.D, is our educational consultant and former Superintendent of Wall with over 40 years of experience in education. Dr. Franceschini has been involved in the changes in special education law since its inception in 1974.
