After many years of intense litigation in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, including four trials in 2016, I am transitioning my practice from handling entire cases through trial to assisting other lawyers with case development (e.g. discovering the story, finding the best expert(s), working with clients to prepare them for testimony and telling their stories to strangers, preparing for and conducting trial, including witness prep, briefing, jury selection, etc.) I have a broad palette of skills now, and can mesh my style with many different lawyering styles.
