She specializes in Short Sale negotiations and the legal implications of selling distressed properties.

Suzanne received her B.S. from Arizona State University and her J.D. from the University of Wyoming. Suzanne is an Arizona native whose legal career began in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, practicing civil rights litigation with Gerry Spence and The Spence Law Firm.

Suzanne is certified to teach for the Arizona Department of Real Estate and she has presented several continuing legal education seminars on Short Sales for both the State Bar of Arizona and the Teton County Bar in Jackson, Wyoming.

Suzanne established Residential Law Group of Suzanne Watts, LLC to help people who are faced with selling an over-encumbered property. She works with her clients to explain the legal implications of a Short Sale and/or foreclosure and represents her client’s position with their lender(s). Suzanne’s passion is empowering people with accurate information to make informed decisions.

Because Suzanne’s practice is solely committed to Short Sales, all of her firm’s resources are devoted to working with sellers, lenders, buyers and Realtors to facilitate Short Sale transactions.
