Suzanne T. Prescott is a founding partner of thefamily law firm Bivek Brubaker & Prescott LLC. Following graduation from the University of GeorgiaSchool of Law, Suzanne has dedicated her entire career solely to practicingfamily law because “I don’t strive to be the best general attorney, I strive tobe the best family law attorney so that my clients are assured that I provide exceptionalrepresentation, and that they can trust and count on me when I’m in theircorner.” She is experienced in all aspects of family law, having representedall manners of clients – husband, wife, wealthy, underprivileged – in allmanner of situations – contested divorce, uncontested divorce, custody, childsupport, agreement modification, adoption, negotiation of prenuptialagreements, and contempt actions.

Suzanne grew upin Connecticut, but headed south for college where she graduated cum laude fromEmory University before conquering law school. When Suzanne is not advocatingfor her clients she is an avid runner with 2 marathons and countlesshalf-marathons under her belt. She is a food and wine enthusiast who enjoyscooking, and she reserves her Fall Saturdays for Bulldog football andtailgating in Athens. Suzanne and her husband Ryan live in Smyrna, Georgia withtheir black lab, Bailey.
