Tom Nemat is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business and received his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.   Tom is the founder and owner of the Law Firm of Tom Nemat.  Tom's firm provides legal services in the areas of Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Business Formation and Transactions and Real Estate Law, including Foreclosure Prevention and Loan Workouts.

Tom presents estate planning, entity formation and asset protection seminars for financial and insurance professionals, entrepreneurs, and physicians.  Tom is also a licensed real esate broker and Realtor in California, which enables him to further assist his clients with their real estate matters.

Tom is a proud member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Hoag Hospital 552 Foundation, the Orange County Realtor Association, and the Board of Directors of the Orange County Chapter of UC Berkeley's Haas Business School.  Tom and his wife Moneli reside in Newport Beach.
