Tana Fye is the managing attorney of a small firm, and is licensed in Nebraska and South Dakota. She primarily practices in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile law, and public health law. She also handles other types of matters including estate planning, probate, business formation and ongoing representation, nonprofit organization formation and ongoing representation, guardianship/conservatorship, adoption, and personal injury.  Tana accepts cases in many counties in South-Central Nebraska, including Buffalo, Sherman, Hall, Adams, Kearney, Franklin, Harlan, Furnas, Gosper, Dawson, Red Willow, and Hitchcock Counties.

Tana received her Juris Doctor, Master of Public Administration, and Bachelor of Arts degrees from The University of South Dakota.  She is originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota, but now lives in Holdrege, Nebraska.  She enjoys playing the cello, drag racing with her family, reading, travelling, and spending time with her husband.
