Attorney Tara M. Swartz of Swartz Law, LLC has handled claims arising out of the workplace for almost 20 years. She represents employees and small business owners in all phases of workplace disputes. Her practice includes a wide range of cases, including all forms of discrimination and retaliation, sexual harassment, medical leaves and violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave law (MPFML), disabilities and the reasonable accommodation process, unpaid wages and other wage and hour violations, non-competition and non-solicitation matters, and contract and tort claims. Attorney Swartz also drafts and negotiates employment contracts and severance packages.
