Tatyana Cerullo is licensed to practice law in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, New York, Hawaii, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  She has worked at large U.S. law firms and as in-house counsel for private and public companies.  Ms. Cerullo is a member of the American Bar Association, Marshall Islands Law Society, Hawaii Bar Association, and New York Bar Association. She clerked for the honorable United States District Judge Samuel P. King and United States Magistrate Judge Kevin S.C. Chang in the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii in Honolulu, Hawaii.
