Biography

Terry Gerbers is the managing partner of the Green Bay location of DeWitt LLP. Attorney Gerbers primarily serves as corporate counsel to several small and mid-sized businesses. He represents financial institutions and assists clients with their real estate, estate planning and probate needs. Terry also assists entities with mergers, acquisitions and sales, business organization, ongoing planning and consulting. Attorney Gerbers negotiates and prepares agreements relating to municipal development/tax increment financing districts, IRC section 1031 deferred exchanges, commercial and residential condominiums, easements and leases for real estate developers.
