After nearly four years as an Assistant State Attorney I opened my own practice on May 1, 2007.  I focused on Criminal Law and Immigration law until I joined forces with Dan Mowrey and Brandon Beardsley on November 1, 2008.  Since forming Mowrey, Shoemaker, Beardsley, PL I have devoted most of my practice to the area of Criminal Defense, Immigration Law and Probate Litigation. 

I believe that every client deserves the very best representation possible.  From reviewing cases for potential suppression issues through trial an effective attorney must know the law and how best to apply the facts.  I take pride in the fact that when everything is said and done I know I did the very best job I could have.

While serving our country in the Untied States Navy I learned that attention to detail is the first step to success.  I've used that understanding to be successful as a faculty member at the University of Mount Union as well as working with the Houston Astros.  My diverse experience and my focus on the issues at hand allow me to better serve my clients.
