Mr. Westbrook is an experienced litigator, passionate consumer advocate and principal of Westbrook Law PLLC.  Mr. Westbrook has developed substantial expertise in handling complex commercial litigation, particularly in automotive, banking, and commercial debt cases, as well as consumer class actions. Mr. Westbrook is also ICLE-certified in estate planning.

Mr. Westbrook is licensed to practice law in all state courts of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Outside the office, Mr. Westbrook enjoys photography and competitive long-distance running, having competed in seven Boston Marathons and countless smaller races.
