I am the founder and managing attorney of Donovan Law located in Dallas, Texas. I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, where I started my career as an attorney with a prominent insurance defense litigation firm. Prior to starting Donovan Law, I was a litigation attorney at one of the top full-service business law firms in the country. While there, my practice focused primarily on real estate matters and contract disputes, as well as homeowners’ and condominium association law.

During my time as insurance defense counsel, I represented commercial insurance carriers and their insured’s in personal injury, wrongful death, slip and fall, and workers’ compensation matters. I have the experience and knowledge to understand how cases are evaluated and resolved by insurance companies. This insight provides me with a unique perspective on how the opposing side prepares for a civil case, something that is highly useful representing people involved in car accidents and other personal injury claims.
