I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, earning my Juris Doctorate at Duquesne University School of Law. I have served as both the President and Vice President of the Dauphin County Workers' Compensation Section.   I have been a speaker for the Department of Labor and Industry on topics pertinent to injured workers and maintain my active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Middle District of the United States Federal Court.  

I have served as a member and former Treasurer of the Chambersburg Hispanic American Center. I was appointed in 2011 as a member of the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in the area of Workers' Compensation and am currently certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  

When not working, I enjoy golfing, kayaking and coaching my children's sports teams.  I am also a member of the Mechanicsburg Elks.
