Thomas Boyle is an associate with Maggiano, DiGirolamo & Lizzi P.C. and is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of the State New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Boyle works representing parties in personal injury matters, as well as inj+ured workers in workers compensation.

Thomas has spent his entire career representing injured parties in all types of plaintiff’s negligence actions including construction accidents, premises liability cases, automobile accidents, municipal liability, asbestos exposure and medical malpractice.

Prior to joining Maggiano DiGirolamo & Lizzi, Mr. Boyle was associated with a New York City law firm representing injured clients in both New York and New Jersey. He has interned with the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt in the U.S. District Court of New York for the Eastern District.
