I was admitted to the practice of law in 1976 and have practiced law exclusively since that time. Graduate of the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama School of Law.

I practiced thirty years in Downtown Birmingham with medium to large law firms. My practice is primarily in litigation, both civil and criminal defense, as well as appeals. Lead counsel in excess of thirty written opinions by the Alabama appellate courts and the 11th Circuit Court of experience in trials before juries.

Extensive Experience in trying contested matters in bench trials and before administrative law judges and before regulatory authorities.
