Thomas D. Kilpatrick practices in the areas of estate planning; probate administration and litigation; guardianships; conservatorships; trust and fiduciary administration; powers of attorney; and health care directives.

Thomas received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2012, where he served as Production Editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal.

Upon graduating from law school, Thomas served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary Blunt at the Dorchester County Probate Court, where he gained experience in estate planning and probate litigation matters.

Thomas is a member of the South Carolina, Richland County, Lexington County, Dorcester County, and American Bar Associations.
