Mr. Trask represents plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases, including medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, trucking accidents, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, bus accidents, products liability, premises liability, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and paralysis.  Mr. Trask has tried many cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury throughout the State of Georgia in both state and federal courts, and has handled cases on appeal before the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Mr. Trask is a graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College, considered to be the most renowned and selective trial advocacy school in the nation.  He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and Lawyers Club of Atlanta.  Mr. Trask has achieved an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating that can be given by colleagues in his field.  This rating is reserved for those showing the highest levels of professional excellence and integrity.  Mr. Trask has been selected for membership into the National Trial Lawyer's Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
