If you have a concern about deportation, we will provide energetic, quality, resourceful legal services for immigration cases in your criminal deportation defense. It is important to know that even a conviction for a minor offense can result in deportation. Immigration law may view a disposition of a criminal case as a conviction for a deportable offense even if the disposition is not considered a conviction under state law.
You need an experienced, highly skilled immigration attorney who is familiar with how criminal charges and convictions relate to immigration law. The facts of each case are unique, and you need immediate legal counsel on how criminal charges would potentially affect your deportation status.
