Mr. Ercolano is the owner of Ercolano Law LLC, in Livingston, New Jersey. Mr. Ercolano is an accomplished attorney and former Deputy Attorney General (“DAG”) with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. He handles real estate transactions in the state of New Jersey and ensures his clients receive diligent and effective representation in negotiating contracts of sale and preparing transations for closing.  Mr. Ercolano also has an extensive background in family law, including divorce, custody and parenting time, alimony, child support, division of assets, qualified domestic relation orders (QDROs), domestic violence, DCP&P child welfare matters, post-divorce issues and all other related family matters.
