My office concentrates its practice representing clients in all family law matters including, divorce, child custody, domestic violence, alimony/spousal support, child support, etc.  I also represent clients in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Criminal Defense, DUI and DWI cases and MVA Administrative hearings. 

 In 2022, I will have been practicing law for 26 years.  I truly care about the outcome of my client's cases, and will do everything I can to assist you with your case.  I  tell my client's the truth, even when it may not be want they want to hear, but it is what they need to hear.  I also make every effort to assess the pros and cons of any recommendations so that informed and educated decisions are made when giving legal advice or recommendations to my clients. 

I strive to provide an honest assessment of your case.  I will weigh the pros and cons of any contemplated legal advice and assess things with a view of the costs versus the benefits of those potential decisions.  Quite often, the pros of reaching a settlement, far outwerighs the costs of going to trial.  Clients need to be told "when to hold em and when to fold em."  On the other hand, there are many times where settlement is not in the cards, and a trial of your case will be necessary.  When that occurs, you can rest assured that we will be both prepared and ready for your day in court.
