Mr. Bayles regularly counsels clients concerning estate taxes, income taxes, business planning, estate planning and real estate transactions. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals and concerns, and then structures planning opportunities or business and real estate transactions to accomplish the client’s goals. Mr. Bayles is detail oriented and works to minimize risks to his clients. He is actively involved in the community in a wide range of activities some of which include supporting a legal services program at the Senior Center in St. George, and serving as a Board Member of both the St. George Exchange Club and the Southern Utah Estate Planning Council.
