Biography

I offer more than a decade of prominent law firm and in-house experience as a corporate/business attorney. After nine years in law firms (primarily with the Bay Area firm of Fenwick & West, and as a partner with Graham & Dunn), I have spent the last four years in-house, first with Symetra Financial (Warren Buffet-owned financial services firm), and currently with Intellectual Ventures. At Intellectual Ventures, I have been able to combine my corporate legal background with my engineering background and interest in intellectual property in a transactional practice.
