Biography
Thomas specializes in property and business litigation and has been practicing for almost 15 years. For the past 5 years, much of his practice has been representing landlords in wrongful eviction and habitability lawsuits brought by tenants. In 2023, Thomas won a complete jury verdict in favor of his client, who was accused by a former tenant of renting an illegal unit. The former tenant was seeking over $1 million dollars in past rent and other damages. Thomas is also an experienced appellate attorney.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching youth sports, playing basketball, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants and Cal Bears
