Graduated from NYU School of Law in 1966. Admitted to NY Bar in the First Department  in 1966.  Practiced law for a few years including head of all real estate  for the then fifth largest stockbrokerage firm in the country with 120 offices. Licensed as a commercial real estate broker,  ran a real estate company and was a voting member of the Real Estate Board of New York for many years.  Opened current law practice in 1995.

Practice is limited to complex real estate litigation, commercial litigation including construction litigation, business agreements and commercial real estate transactions.  Clients include an 800 unit cooperative building, owners of commercial and residential buildings, small business owners, and owners of co-ops and condos.
