My practice experience has focused on commercial bankruptcy, including business restructuring and bankruptcy litigation, as well as debtor-creditor law, secured transactions, and related commercial-law matters.

--I have represented creditors, debtors, trustees, and other parties-in-interest in chapter 7 and chapter 11 business bankruptcy cases, bankruptcy litigation, and related commercial-law matters.

--I have developed litigation strategies; overseen motion practice, discovery, and case management; and appeared before bankruptcy and state courts.

--I have prepared/reviewed documents respecting preferential and/or fraudulent transfers; lien challenges; turnover of estate property; claims and objections; withdrawal of the bankruptcy reference; plans and disclosure statements; fee applications; loan agreements; purchase-sale agreements; UCC Article-9 transactions; violations of New York Business Corp. Law; breaches of fiduciary duty; successor liability; and piercing the corporate veil.

--I oversaw representation of a small-business debtor in a successful chapter 11 reorganization by negotiating and structuring plan terms; resolving creditor objections; drafting a plan of reorganization, disclosure statement, and various motions and proposed orders; appearing at status conferences; and managing general case administration.
