My experience includes involvement in the largest chapter 11 busiess reorganizations, and the Detroit chapter 9 case, to the representation of average consumer debtors.  Much of my firm's work is for clients who are in the middle, such as owners of small to medium-sized businesses.  I have represented chapter 7 trustees through my entire career as well as secured creditors and financial institutions, and we have a number of long-term clients for whom we function as general counsel.  My firm handles bankruptcy litigation and general commercial litigation, real estate and general business matters.  My partner, Geoff Silverman, has practiced for over 35 years and I have practiced over 30 years.  Clients benefit from this broad experience.
