If you ask Tom how he has managed to successfully represent his many clients in construction, real estate, tort, and commercial disputes, he will tell you that preparation is the key, giving much of the credit to his trusted partner, associates, and staff. His clients, however, would tell you that it is Tom’s experience, industry knowledge, and integrity that have earned him their trust and business. His peers agree. Tom received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell’s peer review rating system – the highest rating available. Since graduating from Texas A&M University and SMU’s Dedman School of Law, Tom has built his practice representing a broad range of clients including national homebuilders, local real estate developers, custom builders, realtors, commercial contractors, and suppliers.  He is frequently asked to speak and write for various trade organizations, and has twice been recognized as a Rising Star in the Super Lawyers edition of the Texas Monthly magazine.
