San Diego Immigration Attorney Tifany Markee received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude in May 2001.  She is an active member of the California State Bar, becoming approved by the State Bar of California as a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law in April of 2011.  Tifany is a Partner at Milner & Markee, LLP, with offices in San Diego, California and Palm Desert, California. 

Milner & Markee, LLP is dedicated to full-spectrum immigration services, including family-based applications; nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based options; naturalization; nonimmigrant and immigrant consular processing; removal defense; asylum; appeals and motions; federal circuit court litigation; and post-conviction relief.  The attorneys are dedicated to a high level of personal service and client relations expected from a boutique law firm.  

In addition to her active immigration practice, Tifany expanded in 2003 to include International Adoption law. She is one of only a handful of attorneys across the nation with an active practice in the adoption and immigration of foreign-born children.  Tifany is an active lecturer and mentor in this field, and is a frequent invited speaker at law schools and professional organizations including the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Academy of California Adoption Lawyers (ACAL), and the LA County Bar Association (LACBA).  She is also the mother of two internationally-adopted children.
