Tiffany D. Garland is a graduate of LSU Law Center in Baton Rouge.  Prior to attending law school, Tiffany earned two Bachelor of Science degrees.  The first from Middle Tennessee State University, concentrating on Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement and the second from Louisiana State University, completing her Psychology coursework.  She had the privilege of working for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation as a Fingerprint Identification Specialist immediately following her graduation from MTSU.  

While attending LSU Law Center, Tiffany served as Professor Alain Levasseur's research assistant.  As his assistant she was fortunate enough to be credited on multiple academic publications.  In addition to her work with Professor Levasseur, Tiffany participated in Moot Court, served on the Moot Court Board, and as Chair of the Tullis Moot Court Competition Committee.  She also served as President to the LSU Intellectual Property Law Association and founded and established the LSU Immigration Law Association.  Aside from her scholastic pursuits at LSU Law Center, Tiffany received multiple referrals from professors and practitioners for contract work allowing her to gain exposure to multiple facets of the law and invaluable experience performing paralegal and attorney level work, all prior to graduating from law school.

Following graduation, Tiffany worked with firms in Lafayette, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Seattle, WA.  She has experience in multiple practice areas on both plaintiff and defense sides and in both the common and civil law systems.  In addition to her litigation experience, Tiffany has had the wonderful opportunity to work for the Louisiana Legislature for three consecutive legislative sessions.  She is admitted to practice  in Louisiana and is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association.

When she is not actively engaged in the practice of law, Tiffany spends her time being physically active, learning new recipes, and painting or developing her artistic skills.  During the fall, she can be found watching LSU football games in and around the French Quarter, or attending them in person.
