Tiffany is a Partner in MacElree Harvey's Delaware and Kennett Square offices.  Tiffany brings over 10 years of experience working with clients in civil litigation matters in Delaware and Pennsylvania. She is licensed to practice law in Delaware and Pennsylvania. In 2016, Tiffany was named to the Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under 40 in Delaware by National Academy Injury Attorneys. In 2019, Tiffany was recognized as a Top Lawyer by Main Line Today.

Tiffany has experience handling civil cases from inception through to trial, jury and non-trial, and on appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court. Tiffany’s practice has focused primarily on the handling of personal injury claims, estate and trust litigation cases, and real estate litigation claims, but she has and continues to represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters in all courts within the State of Delaware. Her personal injury experience includes automobile, truck, and motorcycle accidents, along with slip and falls, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases. In addition to her personal injury and estate and trust litigation practice, Tiffany has represented individuals in adult guardianship proceedings, contested and un-contested. She has represented individuals in estate administration, partition actions, real estate litigation cases, business disputes, and breach of contract claims. She has also represented corporations in contracts and business disputes, including corporate litigation matters in the Court of Chancery arising under the Delaware Corporations Laws.
