Tiffany Pourshamtobi Helfman is a labor and employment litigator specializing in sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation matters. She also represents victims of sexual assault against large multinational organizations, including ride-sharing service providers. She's earned millions of dollars on behalf of her clients.

She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. After completing her undergraduate education, Tiffany earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. While at UCLA Law School, Tiffany focused her studies on civil litigation and trial advocacy. She received a Dean’s Award for her performance in Constitutional Law.
