Tim graduated law school in 2008 and has practiced law continuosly since that time. He is licensed in both Texas and California. Over the years, Tim has gained significant litigation experience, enabling him to not only be comfortable in the courtroom, but most importantly, to resolve issues in the most appropriate way given the unique circumstances of each case. 

Tim speaks Chinese Mandarin fluently and Japanese at an intermediate level.  Tim joined the Army in 1996 and was deployed to Iraq from 2003 to 2004.  After graduating from law school he spent five and a half years as an in-house counsel / officer for the active duty Air Force.  He is currently a Lieutenant Colonel for the Air Force Reserves. 

His primarily practices family law, but also selectively accepts civil litigation cases.
