Timothy F. Butler is a managing partner at Tibbetts, Keating & Butler LLC. Mr. Butler’s practice areas include litigation and corporate law where he specializes in representing health systems in managed care litigation and provider-payer contract disputes.

Mr. Butler received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. Mr. Butler is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York; U.S. District Court of Connecticut; U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
