I am a partner at Hansen Wright. I graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University in History and received my Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School.

I have considerable experience in the areas of municipal law and criminal justice. I am currently the Highland City and Eureka attorney. I was appointed Special District Deputy Attorney for Salt Lake County in 2014. I have also has served as Special Prosecutor for Utah County since 2012. I advise key personnel and city officils in several municipalities regarding land use, constitutional law and ethical issues.

In 2015 the Utah Supreme Court appointed me to serve as a member of its Committee on Professional Conduct. I am frequently in the courtroom where I apply my skills as a trial advocate in state and federal courts. I maintain a private legal practice focusing on intellectual property (emphasis on trademark and copyright law) and estate planning (emphasis on wills and trusts).
